About me

My name is Hagai Nativ. I'm an Underwater Photographer based in Israel.

As a photographer I shoot a large variety of subjects and perform projects above water as well.

I was born in 1979 in Kibbutz Yifat and as of 2009, I'm a member of Kibbutz Ma'agan Michael. I'm married to Liat and together we parent our two beloved sons, Ilai and Ori.

Ten years ago I decided to combine my two passions in life- diving and photography, and by doing so to become an Underwater Photographer. Since than I'm focused on achieving this goal.  A   B.Sc in Marine Biology, thousands of diving hours and technical diving experience all makes me a good choice if you are interested in capturing beautiful images underwater, above it or elsewhere.

קוראים לי חגי נתיב, אני יליד 1979 וחבר קיבוץ מעגן מיכאל.    אני נשוי לליאת וביחד אנו מגדלים את שני בנינו, עילי ואורי.

לפני כמעט עשור, החלטתי שאני הולך לאחד בין שתי האהבות הגדולות שלי- צילום וצלילה, ומאז אני פועל להופכן לדרך חיי. לימוד מעמיק של עולם הצילום, התמחות בצלילה טכנית , אלפי שעות צלילה ולימודים לתואר בביולוגיה ימית, אלו רק קצה הקרחון בחוויית חיי ההולכת ונרקמת בכל יום שעובר תוך הגשמת חלום זה- עבודה כצלם תת ימי!
